Section I: The Impact of Military Spending will cover: costs of ongoing war in Afghanistan/Pakistan; useless and/or dangerous weapons; reduction of military spending/assuring national security; identification of localized dependency to military contracts.
Section II Alternative Spending Priorities/Creating Jobs/Revitalizing Communities will cover: planned conversion, military to sustainable & peaceful economy(mass transit, infrastructure repair, expanded health care, non-fossil energy, education).
Section III Broadening the Base of Struggle will cover: local public/private model pograms; support of city, county, state elected officials; model resolutions; support of local and national labor bodies; framing the issues for Congressional Elections - district by district.
