Recidivism Prevention thru Entrepreneurial Training This empowering workshop will build on youth development with young people returning back to their community from Juvenile Justice, Residential Facilities, and Community Programs. This workshop will demonstrate a five step process that will empower the individual with entrepreneurial skills and promote self efficiency. The following steps Re-evaluate of self, purpose/Intentions, deprogramming, action, and maintenance. These steps will prepare the youth returning home to be a legitimate business owner and productive citizen within their society. Participants will walk away with strategies to reduce recidivism in urban communities and empower our youth to self-sufficiency. REPENT is designed to prepare the incarcerated to legitimate business owners,productive citiizens within their siciety. We will provide a holistic approch that reduce recidivism & create jobs by empowering the individual with 5 steps to success to assist them to self-efficiency thru entrepreneurial training.
