The purpose of this workshop is to assess the achievements, shortcomings and setbacks of the worldwide women's rights movement during the last 100 years by way of honoring the pioneers and celebrating the centennial. We will be discussing the conference that will be held in Montreal, Canada were an action plan for advancing the women's rights movement will be drawn up along with the starting with the formation of an anti-imperialist women's alliance.
