Full Description:

The current drive to enforce immigration laws at the workplace has deepened the already widespread violations of workplace rights for immigrant and U.S. born workers alike. The connection between corporate and profit driven immigration and labor laws are driving down standards for all workers. This session will describe what worker centers, unions and allies are doing to fight back against the enforcement of corporate driven laws and explore alternatives that places all workers' rights at its core.
