All across the country, from Minneapolis to San Francisco, from Chicago to Miami, a grassroots movement has exploded to create high-road, green jobs in low income communities and communities of color. This panel of boots-on-the-ground organizers and educators will share best practices and models that are effectively developing good, green jobs for people who have formerly been left out of the pollution-based economy. These community leaders and Fellows of the Green For All Academy program, will share the innovative models, curricula, and the unlikely alliances they’ve built that are working to create real opportunities in the growing, green economy.
